This is a Los Angeles Event Planner’s perspective of the detail of her party:
- THE ENTRANCE
The entrance to any event is a big deal. It sets the tone to the event… An immediate WOW factor is necessary to start an extravagant event. The personalized touch of Stormi’s blown up face for #stormiworld, was a key detail that I can respect as a Los Angeles Event Planner, because it is based on her father, Travis’ #Astroworld entrance.
2. A WALK THROUGH AN ENCHANTED BUTTLERFLY FOREST
Once inside of #Stormiworld, guests walk through an absolute dream. They walked through a beautiful enchanted forest, filled with faux butterflies, to play to another personalized touch, as butterflies are a big symbol for Kylie and they mean a lot to her, Travis, and baby Stormi. As a Los Angeles planner, the enchanted forest was my favorite part because it is the most dreamy whimsical aspect of the night.
3. BALL PIT
I love the custom rooms! An an event planner, the detail of the rooms were really breathtaking for me because they were all highly detailed. Detail is the most important aspect to events so that they do not look generic. This a perfect photo op and amazing play area for the kiddos.
4. WISH YOU WERE HERE
A room full of clouds, the Jenner/Kardashian infamous neon signage, and a room built for selfies… what does this tell me as a Los Angeles event planner?! Kylie knows her guests and has them in mind. This room is highly instagram worthy, amazing for kiddos, and is a perfect break out room surprise as it has a cloud theme, which ties into the #stormiworld [emphasis on the “world”] theme.
5. PHOTO OPS!
Yassss! Photo ops everywhere. It didn’t happen if it wasn’t instagrammed right?! Right. Again, Kylie knows her guests and has made this entire event an experience to remember, the party of the decade, and has added kid friendly and world themed photo ops everywhere so everyone can remember her dream party for Stormi. From a Los Angeles event planners perspective, it is important to add personalization in everything and no detail was missed here. Even the French fries, straws, games, and trash cans were branded.
6. PLAY AREAS
From a Los Angeles Event Planners perspective, we often look especially close at the birthday girl and her fam to make sure her and the VIPS are taken care of. If they are happy it is a success, if they are unhappy it is not a success, no matter how extravagant it is. Clearly they had the time of their life.
Stormi clearly is such a happy baby and had the best time at her party.
