Hi loves! I wanted to share the thought and detail that went into creating an unforgettable Valentine’s Day experience for our client, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (KCP), NBA player for the Los Angeles Lakers, and his beautiful #GIRLBOSS wife, Mackenzie Caldwell-Pope.
KCP informed our team that he had an out of city game on Valentine’s Day so he would not be able to celebrate with his wife. We were happy to step in and plan an early Valentine’s Day date surprise on February 11th instead!
First things first – we had to set the mood of this event – we wanted the date to be dreamy, romantic, highly elegant, with glam touches, and most importantly tailored to their loving relationship. We do not simply recreate the same date for different clients – everything is custom because every relationship is unique.
We rented a private Hollywood Hills home, transformed the space, had a private chef cook their favorite 3 course meal, and had surround sound soft romantic music playing in the background, as the couple enjoyed their meal overlooking Los Angeles. As an event planner in Los Angeles, I admire many venues – but there is something about THIS venue, that puts me in awe every time.
