As our lead designer, she has a talent for transforming concepts into works of art. She crafts stunning renderings, a unique offering that sets us apart in the industry. These renderings bring the clients’ vision to life, ensuring each event is a masterpiece. Marine goes above and beyond to make sure our events are stunning, original, and truly one of a kind.
Nicole Harris is the Owner and Creative Director of Dreams In Detail (DID) – a leading Los Angeles based full-service luxury event planning and design firm. Awarded for producing some of the most luxurious and innovative celebrations worldwide, Nicole has garnered an industry-wide reputation for her extensive design portfolio, and her unparalleled ability to bring a vision to life. From concept to execution, she is a true visionary, elevating each event to new heights for both the client and guests. From the first impression to the final farewell the client and guest experience is nothing short of perfection. Whether producing high-end and complex multi-day weddings both domestically and internationally to curating extraordinary corporate events, Nicole only takes on a select number of events per year to ensure she can fully dedicate herself to her clients and deliver exceptional, detail-driven, next-level experiences and designs that are works of art.
Ashley Theimer is a passionate and dedicated Senior Event Planner renowned for producing luxury weddings and multi-day wedding weekend celebrations. Ashley has a talent for curating an entire wedding with a client from moment to moment, ensuring every detail of how they envision their day is flawlessly executed. She is the driving force behind many of Dreams In Detail’s most incredible weddings. With a background in the elite world of fashion, Ashley seamlessly blends her impeccable taste and creative thinking to create unforgettable experiences. Her ability to navigate high-pressure environments ensures every event is flawlessly executed, while her charismatic demeanor and unwavering dedication guarantee a warm and one-of-a-kind planning experience from concept to celebration.
April Zepeda is gifted in event coordination logistics. It is thanks to her talent that we can manage multi-day events while simultaneously coordinating dynamic and unique client requests. April leaves no detail overlooked so nothing is left to chance. Whether she is coordinating an intimate marriage proposal, a lavish birthday celebration, or a corporate event for hundreds, April’s dedication to her clients is evident throughout the entire planning process.

THE APPROACH
Based in LA, we plan corporate events globally for private clients, iconic brands, startups, and exceptional companies. We are one of the few event planning companies who produces full renderings that bring the vision to life in house prior to the event, meaning we can present full event visions and presentations to our clients in advance.
We believe it’s essential to have a planner who understands the design aesthetic, guest experience, desired ambience and vibe, entertainment, cuisine and five-star hospitality service at the luxury level.
We only take on a select number of corporate events per year to ensure we are completely hands-on from beginning to end and fully available to our clients. The main contact you start with will be the main contact you end with, allowing us to build a personal connection to the brand, incorporating thoughtful design that is aligned with the company and so all communication is maintained. That way, no detail is spared, and every aspect of the event is meticulously managed and accounted for.

THE COMMUNICATION
We maintain personal connections with clients, offering streamlined communication. Communication knows no bounds; it encompasses phone calls, emails, video calls, and face-to-face gatherings. We’re flexible to adapt to your preferences.
Although communication is unlimited, we still add structure and have a recurring meeting/call with our clients for planning efficiency, based on the need. You’ll converse with us, and we will relay information to all involved, ensuring we’re aligned, timely, and within budget.
While swift responses are ideal, some inquiries demand thorough research and collaboration with the venue and multiple vendors. Rest assured; you’ll receive regular updates on all tasks. Expect replies to inquiries and questions within one to two business days.

I could not recommend Dreams In Detail with higher regard. With our very intimate wedding party of 9 people, I could not believe how much planning still needed to be done. DID offered the perfect micro wedding package for month-of and day-of services. Ashley was our point person day of and she had an answer for every single question (and there was a hundred). She had forethought and execution – and for two control freaks like my husband and I – that’s hard to find ! She made sure my dress was perfect at all times and took all of our iPhone photos of the ceremony that were were able to share with our family and friends that night. Everything went off without a hitch. We finished our photos at the beach 2 minutes AHEAD of schedule – the Type A love language LOL. I cant say enough how integral she was to our day – truly magic. 5 stars all around.
What can I say? I have no idea where to begin. I looked everywhere for the best wedding planner who will suit my needs. After what felt like forever of looking on Instagram, the knot, and google for planners I found Nicole. I saw her Instagram stories and tiktoks and felt like she was the perfect combination of fun and fancy. She was exactly that! She designed the wedding of my dreams and I was in shock at how it all came together. But also! She made the process so much fun, like best friends fun. Nicole really understood that I wanted perfection but without the stress on my end. Every detail was thought of, every item from the stationary to the vendors chosen, to the perfect alignment of the candles in the vases on the table… it all mattered to her and it showed! I would pick Nicole again and I recommend her to everyone.
The ladies at Dreams In Detail seriously curated perfection from scratch! We got married at a private estate and we had to bring in every vendor and turn a space that was absolutely not a venue, into the venue of my dreams. I was impressed by the organization of it all and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process because of this. For example, they built a budget spreadsheet and updated it along the way so I was fully aware of all of the costs involved and was able to understand where we were financial. I loved how much she listed to our budget needs, vision, and wants/needs. We really felt heard and like she was ready to figure out how to get us the wedding we wanted, within our budget. I am very grateful for everything!
Nicole, Ashley, and her team are the best planners in the world! I have been a bridesmaid 5 times so I have seen so many weddings and planners and I can confidently say I have never experienced better! We hired Nicole for our wedding at the Four Seasons and Nicole, Ashley, and their team coordinated every aspect of the wedding from start to finish. They were organized, beautiful, and I had a great time with them! We cared about every detail, every guest, and every aspect of the day and I loved how it felt like they cared about that even more than we did. They did not miss a single detail and made sure all guests were happy and most importantly that me and my husband were happy!
